Showroom. Many of the faucets, fixtures, whirlpools and sinks we sell
are on display in our convenient Showroom. For those that are not, we
have an extensive library of manufacturer literature and specifications
to make selection a one-stop process.
- Customer
service and selection management. Just provide us with the allocation
list and send your customer to us. We will assist them in selecting the
right product for their home within the guidelines and specifications
you provide. We protect your buying power and keep you informed
regarding requests for changes, additions or substitutions. Nothing is
done without your approval.
- Advance
Sale and Closeout notification. You get advance notice of any specials
and closeouts we think may interest you. In such cases, regular
professional discounts may not apply.
- Billing
and Invoicing. You receive one bill for all products selected by your
customer. Prior approved credit is as easy as a phone call.
- Optional
Installation and Delivery. We will deliver and install anything we sell
and all manufacturer warranties apply. Some delivery limitations may
apply.
- Customer
Referrals. Frequently our retail customers have a need for a
professional to help them with their plans and projects. We will gladly
refer you to respected professionals we serve, whom you are free to
contact.
- Special
and Custom Orders. Sometimes a special color, finish, size or
installation is required to keep your project on track and your
customer happy. We will work to provide the solution, whenever possible.
