3. Be sure to include the following information:

4. We will then contact you with the cost and other information to help you finalize your selection and purchase.

5. You may select the payment method of your choice. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal or business checks are accepted. Payments by checks not presented in person or from an out-of-town bank will require a delay in shipping due to check clearance prior to shipping. Or you can qualify for our special credit plan.

Your appointment can be after August 31, but your new unit must be installed by September 15 to qualify. The income tax credit is good through December 31, 2010, unless it is extended by the US Government. Remember that a tax credit is worth much more than a tax deduction. Tax credits are applied AFTER your tax is computed. For example, if you are in a 30% tax bracket, the $1500 tax credit would be like having a $5000 tax deduction. Ask us for details.
